Screen Printing Minimums:

1–3 Colors: Minimum of 12 pieces

4 Colors: Minimum of 24 pieces

5 Colors: Minimum of 36 pieces

6–7 Colors: Minimum of 72 pieces
Artwork Requirements:
All artwork must be provided in a high-resolution or vector format (.AI, .EPS, .PDF preferred).
Please note: Simply saving a non-vector image in one of these formats does not make it a vector file. Your design must be originally created or converted using vector-based software such as Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW.
Mockups & Approval:
A digital mockup will be sent to the client within 1–3 business days after the order is received and the deposit is made.
A deposit is required before we begin processing your order and creating the mockups. No changes can be made once the final design is approved. Production will only begin after approval and deposit are confirmed.
Color Disclaimer:
Colors shown in digital mockups may vary slightly from the final printed product due to screen display differences and material types. For precise color matching, we recommend clients refer to a Pantone Matching System (PMS) color book to select and confirm exact ink colors.
Turnaround Time:
Typical production turnaround is 5–7 business days, starting from the date of final design approval and deposit confirmation.
This estimate does not include shipping time, which will vary based on the shipping method selected by the client.

A: Yes — rush orders are accepted case-by-case and incur a rush fee.
Q: What’s your refund policy?
A: All custom items are non-refundable. If we make a mistake after mockup approval, we’ll fix or refund it. If the client approves a flawed design, we are not responsible.
Q: Do you vector logos?
A: Yes — we offer vector services starting at $30. It’s a one-time fee per design unless major changes are needed later.
Q: Can I use my own t-shirts?
A: Yes, but we are not responsible for damage or printing issues on customer-supplied items.
Q: How should I care for my custom apparel?
A: Wash inside out with cold water and mild detergent. Avoid bleach, high heat, and ironing directly on prints or embroidery.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Credit, debit, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and cash.
Q: Can I get my vectored file?
A: Yes — if you paid a vector fee, the file is yours upon request.
Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: We do not operate a walk-in storefront. Meduso Studio is an online and mobile-based business. We offer mobile consultations or fully remote coordination — whichever is more convenient for you. This helps us reduce overhead and keep prices competitive while maintaining high-quality service.
