What’s the standard turnaround time for custom embroidered clothing?

Our standard turnaround time for embroidered apparel and all other products is typically 5–7 business days. If you need your order sooner, we also offer rush services that can be completed in as little as 3 days. This timeframe is among the fastest in the industry, so you can count on receiving high-quality results promptly. The production timeline begins once you’ve contacted us with your order and we’ve approved your estimate. After that, your embroidery design details are sent to our design team, and we’ll confirm all garment selections before production starts.

Keep in mind that requesting revisions or additional changes after we begin may extend your turnaround time. To avoid delays or extra costs, we recommend providing your finalized design before we start working on your order.

What Kind of Thread Do You Use?

For our embroidery work, we use 100% polyester machine embroidery thread. Polyneon thread is made from a specially engineered material that prevents looping, puckering, and nearly all thread breakage. It’s highly versatile and works well for almost any embroidery application. Thanks to its unique composition, Polyneon is exceptionally durable and runs smoothly during production. The bright, lustrous colors are resistant to chlorine bleach, making this thread perfect for uniforms, safety apparel, and commercial linens.

Yes, we can embroider your logo. Simply reach out to us with your design and any specific details you’d like, and we’ll forward everything to our design team to get your design digitized.

What is Digitizing?

Digitizing is the process of converting your design from a standard image into a stitch file that embroidery machines can read. Unlike vectorizing, digitizing requires precise sizing from the start. If you decide to adjust the dimensions of your design after it’s been digitized, the file will need to be recreated to match the new size accurately.

Explain your Digitizing fees

Our digitizing fees are as follows: designs measuring 1–5 inches are $35, while designs larger than 5 inches start at $75. For oversized or highly detailed artwork, pricing may vary depending on the level of complexity.

We also offer digitizing bundles—if you’d like your design prepared for both flat items (like hoodies or knits) and hats, we can create two separate digitized files for just $45.

Please note that stitch files made for flat surfaces (such as polos, hoodies, jackets, and shirts) are not suitable for curved surfaces like hats. Each application requires a specific digitizing method. Using a flat-surface file on a curved item can damage the garment and compromise the quality of the embroidery.
